Arrival Information
Driving directions to campus from Interstate 81 and the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport. Take I-81 North to Exit 185 (Central Scranton Expressway). Follow signs to campus (on right). Before the first traffic signal, turn sharply right onto Madison Avenue. Proceed 2 blocks and turn right at the light onto Mulberry Street. After 1 block, turn right into the main entrance of the Parking and Public Safety Pavilion. Best drop off site for taxi, shuttle or limousine will be the Parking and Public Safety Pavilion, 820 Mulberry Street, Scranton, PA.
Registration
Check-in for the Summer Institute and campus residence halls will be available in the Loyola Science Center, 2nd Floor Lobby. Entrance from the Commons.
Parking
Free Parking is available for conference guests in all campus lots with a guest parking pass that will be issued upon registration. Parking is prohibited in parking spots designated for Faculty only.
Meal Arrangements
The first official meal of the conference is the opening luncheon on Wednesday, June 19 in the DeNaples Center Room 407A&B, McIlhenny Ballroom. For those participating in meetings prior to the official start of the conference, meals may form a part of the program. For early arrivals, The DeNaples Center 1st Floor will be open 7:30 am-8:00 pm. A guide will also be available to the numerous restaurants throughout the Scranton Area.
