Dr. Feeney is a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Nurse Midwife. She has practiced full scope midwifery at the University of Pennsylvania, locally at Moses Taylor Hospital and presently practices in the OB/GYN Department of Geisinger Medical Center. She has practiced in a variety of women's health and prenatal programs. 

Dr. Feeney teaches obstetrical nursing to undergraduate students and nurse practitioner students in their women’s health rotation. She is involved in mentoring students interested in tobacco related research. Dr. Feeney participated with students in local service work and developed the Global Health Policy trip to Ireland.
