Mission Statement
The mission of the Department, within the framework of the Kania School of Management's statement of mission, is to provide for the development of analytical skills, critical thinking and knowledge for managing operations and information. In addition, the department is committed to educational excellence in the operations management and electronic commerce programs at the undergraduate level, and in operations management, management information systems, and business analytics at the graduate level and to providing services to the University and community at large.
