Duane Armitage, joined the Philosophy Department as a visiting Lecturer. Prof. Armitage previously taught at Misericordia University in Dallas, Penn. and at the University of Scranton, both as an adjunct professor . He earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Scranton; a master’s in philosophy from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Mass.; and soon he will be defending his dissertation and earning a doctoral degree from The New School for Social Research in Manhattan, New York. He currently resides in Old Forge.
