 NEDA week 2012. Real People, Real Beauty Art Project . In collaboration with the Photography Club, students were asked; What makes YOU beautiful? Students wrote down their answers and had their photo taken, these photos were used to fill the BEAUTY board.  

The JKWC is dedicated in promoting body image awareness and the development of building healthy relationships with our bodies. We host a variety of events concerning body image and women's health, including table sits with resources and peer educators, film screenings, lectures, etc.

Love Your Body Day: Wednesday, October 19, 2022

Inspired by the National Organization for Women's Love Your Body Campaign, we dedicate a day (typically during the fall semester) to addressing the issue and effects of body image.  Stay tuned for more information on this year's programming, and how you can get involved!

National Eating Disorder Awareness Week: February 19 - 25, 2023

More than 30 million people struggle with disordered eating or a diagnosable eating disorder in the United States alone. To bring awareness of this epidemic and provide resources for support, we host a series of events primarily during National Eating Disorder Awareness Week.
