The Aquinas' Unpublishing Policy
As digital media has become a dominant means of reporting news, publications have increasingly been asked to remove content from their online publications. Therefore, it is necessary to clearly define how The Aquinas will deal with requests to remove content or un-publish material that was previously published.
The Aquinas prides itself on reporting information that is both truthful and corroborated. If information is published that is untruthful, The Aquinas will update or edit the article by attaching an addendum to the content to correct its mistake. However, The Aquinas will not remove content that is truthful after it has been published as doing so would conflict with good journalistic practice.
