Depression and/or Anxiety Group
Many of us experience times in our life when we are anxious or depressed. Before a big exam, a job interview, after a break-up, or when we find ourselves in new situations. However, sometimes anxiety and/or depression begin to overtake most aspect of our lives. If you have trouble sleeping because your mind keeps running, if you experience panic, or if you feel as though your mood is controlling your life, this may be the group for you. Join us for relaxation training, controlled breathing exercises and discussions to find out why anxiety and/or depression is becoming the central focus of your life.
