EMPLOYEE USE OF
FREE USE OF FACILITIES BY
University employees are eligible to use Jefferson Auditorium (Leahy Hall) free of charge for social events that are for employees and/or their immediate families (spouses, children and parents). Although room rental fee is waived, employees are responsible for any direct expenses incurred by the University for an event (overtime and/or catering).
DISCOUNTED USE OF
FACILITIES BY EMPLOYEES
University employees can reserve other facilities (excluding The DeNaples Center) for social events that are for employees and/or their immediate families (spouses, children and parents) on a space available basis at 50% off established rates.
USE OF THE GROUNDS FOR
There is no charge for photos taken outdoors on the University grounds; we only ask that Public Safety be contacted prior to the date for informational purposes only. A reservation is not required.
