Paper Resolution

Twice each year, in December and in May, bond paper orders are tabulated and are resolved against the number of copies/prints for which departments have been charged.  Departments that have charged bond paper to their own budgets or who have run other papers in their machines are refunded the cost of paper that was included in the $.04 click charges.  Departments can also receive a paper refund for the second side of double-sided copies. Departments that have ordered and charged more bond paper to the Office Copying budget than they have reported using for copies/prints are similarly debited for the excess.
