2016-2017 Academic Year Reporting Timeline

The Annual Report System will open on April 3, 2017. Submission deadlines for both administrative and academic departments are listed below.

Academic department chairpersons are encouraged to conctact their Dean or supervisor for additional guidance about report review and development prior to submission. Department chairs and program directors should also contact the Office of Education Assessment regarding any questions they may have regarding program assessment reporting. 

Access to the Annual Report System is available through the University of Scranton Portal (http://my.scranton.edu) through the University Links tab, under Administrative Links - Annual Report System.

Timeline for Academic Departments:

April 3, 2017: Annual Report System Opens

June 15, 2017: Deadline for CAS, KSOM and PCPS Submission of Academic Annual Reports to Dean, Program Assessment Reports due Per Individual College Guidelines

June 15 - July 7, 2017: Academic Chair Meetings with Provost and Dean**; Dean(s) Review and Accept Reports

July 15, 2017:  Deadline for KSOM, PCPS, and CAS Dean's Reports to Provost  

August 1, 2017: Deadline for Provost's Submission of Annual Report to the President

 

Timeline for Administrative Departments:

April 3, 2017: Annual Report System Opens

June 30, 2017: Deadline for Submission of Annual Reports to Divisional Vice President

June 30 - August 1, 2017: Vice Presidents Review & Accept Reports

August 1, 2017: Deadline for Vice Presidents to Submit Annual Reports to President

September 2, 2017: Online System Closes
