Annual Report System: Technical Requirements

The supported browser versions at the University of Scranton are Internet Explorer and Firefox.  The Annual Report System is designed to work within these browser versions, but Internet Explorer usually works best. Please verify that the browser settings of any computer or device you are using to complete your Annual Report fits these standards.

If you do not have one of these browsers, or need any additional technical assistance when completing your report, contact the Technology Support Center by emailing techsupport@scranton.edu or by calling 941-4357.

Please be reminded that while completing your report, you are within the confines of my.scranton portal. The portal does have a preset "timeout" period. Please be sure to save your information frequently so that it is not lost should the portal timeout while you are working.
