University and Lackawanna Bar Association Host Hoban Lecture

The Honorable T. Linus Hoban Memorial Lecture, organized by The University of Scranton and Lackawanna Bar Association, since its’ inception in 1978, has sponsored prominent world figures who speak about various global issues. Recently, the committee hosted a lecture by David Miliband, president and chief executive of International Rescue Committee and former United Kingdom foreign secretary.
