In the book, Dr. Norcross, an internationally recognized expert on behavior change, shares his science-based program for reshaping behavior and ensuring permanent change.             “Changeology”explains: how to maintain motivation by the push-pull method; how to assemble a support team to help you reach your goal; how to maintain new behaviors; how to control your environment; and how to manage slips and resist the urge to relapse. The book is accompanied by a free, interactive web page (www.ChangeologyBook.com).
