Panel Discusses Social Justice from a Faith Perspective

     The Greater Scranton Martin Luther King Jr. Commission and The University of Scranton’s Office of Equity and Diversity hosted a panel discussion regarding “Social Justice from a Faith Perspective” on campus recently. Participating panelists and the faith they represented were, from left Rev. John Sivalon, Ph.D., of The University of Scranton, Christianity; Rabbi Joe Mendelsohn, of Temple Israel, Judaism; Rosette B. Adera, director of the Office of Equity and Diversity; Vera Walline of Keystone College, Baha’i; and Riaz Hussain, Ph.D., of The University of Scranton, Islam.
