University of Scranton Holds Third ‘Blessing of the Books’

The University of Scranton’s Panuska College of Professional Studies held the third annual “blessing of the books” on campus recently. This year’s book collection is expected to exceed 2,000 books. Students in the Panuska College of Professional Studies will deliver the donated books to laundromats, shelters for displaced women and children, the Leahy Clinic for the Uninsured and other local agencies throughout the year.
