CONCERN Professional Services: CONCERN, a nonprofit child welfare agency, has provided foster care, life skills training and delinquency services to over 14,000 children and teens since 1978. EOTC: EOTC is a private, nonprofit corporation that provides parent-child education and workforce services in the Lackawanna County area. Focused on promoting family stability and economic self-sufficiency, EOTC makes a positive difference in the lives of approximately 3,000 men, women and children every year. Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania Council: Volunteers always wanted to help in a variety of ways. Volunteering for Girl Scouts could be helping at a day camp or only at one time events. Marley’s Mission is a non-profit organization that provides equine-based therapy free of charge to children, and their families, who have experienced trauma.
