EOTC: EOTC is a private, nonprofit corporation that provides parent-child education and workforce services in the Lackawanna County area. Hill Neighborhood Association- Volunteers would work 2-6 hours per week during the spring academic semester at the HNA’s Hill Section office located at 419 Prescott Ave. (off Mulberry St.). Marley’s Mission is a non-profit organization that provides equine-based therapy free of charge to children, and their families, who have experienced trauma.
