Purchasing Department

The Purchasing Department assists the faculty and staff of The University of Scranton with the acquisition of goods and services.  It is the goal of the Purchasing Department to provide responsive, efficient, and timely acquisition of quality products and services.

The Purchasing Department is available to assist in the following:

  • Order goods and services.
  • Identify sources.
  • Solicit and review bids, quotes and proposals.
  • Resolve issues that pertain to an order.
  • The disposal of surplus University's property (Equipment / Furniture).
