125th Celebration: Interactive Art Display Involves University Community
“White” by Susan Scranton Dawson, one of the photographs in “TAG: Works by Susan Scranton Dawson and You.”

“TAG: Works by Susan Scranton Dawson and You,” an interactive installation featuring nine large-scale composite photographs, will be on display from Monday, Feb. 3, through Friday, May 16, in various locations throughout the Loyola Science Center.

Artist Susan Scranton Dawson has invited members of the campus community and visitors to help further develop these abstract pieces by writing and drawing with marker on the works’ plexiglas coverings. These layers of text and images will add meaning to the initial photographs.

“TAG” is presented by the Dean’s Office of the College of Arts and Sciences, the Art and Music Program and The Hope Horn Gallery as part of a campus and community celebration of the 125th anniversary of the University. For further information, contact Dr. Miller-Lanning at 570-941-4214, or darlene.miller-lanning@scranton.edu.
