MANUEL, ARTHUR E., Class of 1973, Peckville, on October 2. A funeral service is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 8, at Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish, 1101 Willow St., Peckville, with Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m.
Friends may call at the church from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
Arrangements are by the Frank T. Mazur Funeral Home, Dickson City.
