MCGUIRE, JOSEPH A., Class of 1955, Sayre, on February 28. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 3, 2017, at St. James Catholic Church, Waverly. The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Friday, at the church. Interment will be private in Cathedral Cemetery, Scranton, Pa. Arrangements are under the direction of the Alteri-Bowen Funeral Home, Sayre, Pa. Memories and condolences may be expressed by visiting www.bowenfuneralhomes.com.
