Taking Time for Yourself...A Time and Stress Management Workshop

Are there not enough hours in the day? Do you often feel overwhelmed by your schedule? What is more stressful on a daily basis than juggling schedules of family, friends, job, co-workers, meetings….it’s endless? We spend so much time pursuing the ultimate goal that often we forget to enjoy the process. The problem of having a life and actually living it too was the topic addressed at the fall workshop sponsored by the Northeastern Pennsylvania Library Network (NPLN), on December 15, 2004, at College Misericordia’s Mary Kintz Bevevino Library. The workshop was sponsored in part by an LSTA grant made available through the College and Research Division of the Pennsylvania Library Association.
