How do I order a transcript?

The University of Scranton has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide online transcript ordering.  You can order transcripts using any major credit card, and you will only be charged after your order is fulfilled. The cost is $9.00 for an online electronic PDF copy and $15.00 for a USPS mailed paper copy.

The University maintains electronic records for students enrolled in the Fall of 1992 and later.  If you completed coursework prior to August 1992, you may complete your request online, however, electronic delivery option will not be available to you.  If you are a current student, you may print your unofficial transcript at no charge by logging into my.scranton.edu and clicking on “Self-Service” within the “Home” tab.

How long will it take for my transcript to be processed?

Most electronic PDF transcripts are processed within an hour of order placement, although some circumstances require additional processing time.  All non-PDF delivery methods require a minimum 9-15 day processing time. Processing may be longer during peak periods or if the student attended prior to Fall 1992.  Additional time may also be required due to University closure dates. Under most circumstances, an electronic PDF transcript order will be processed despite closures and peak delays.
