Patricia Lawler
Patricia Lawler is currently the mayor of Clarks Summit Borough, Pennsylvania and Host of “The Show with Patty Lawler” on Channel 19. She served on the Clarks Summit Borough Council from 2011-2014. Ms. Lawler served as a delegate for John Kerry, Democrat, Tenth Congressional District at the Democratic National Convention, Boston Mass 2004. She is a retired school teacher.
Ms. Lawler received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Marywood University, Master’s Degree from Catholic University of America Washington, D.C., and post graduate work from New School Social Research, New York, New York and Marywood University.
Ms. Lawler is a former Board Member of the Humane Society of Lackawanna County; former Executive Board Member of St. Joseph’s Center Auxiliary; former Executive Board Member of the Society of Irish Women; and a former Executive Board Member of the Lackawanna County Federation of Democratic Women. She is affiliated with the Lauren Garden Club, Friday Morning Club of Our Lady of Snows and the Clarks Summit Centennial Committee.
She has received several awards including the Volunteer of the Year-ARC Wyoming County; Northeast Woman-Scranton Times 2007; and Women of the Year Lackawanna County Federation of Democratic Women.
