Dr. Ken Zula joins the Department of Health Administration & Human Resources an assistant professor.  He graduated in 2006 with a doctor of philosophy in workplace learning and performance.  His dissertation title was The Development and Initial Assessment of an Instrument for Human Capital Planning. Ken leaves Keystone College to join this fine department.
