About FAC

The Faculty Affairs Council (FAC) is the faculty union at The University of Scranton. FAC represents all full-time faculty members and serves as a local chapter of the American Association of University Professors (AAUP). The objective of FAC, as defined in its constitution, is to improve the terms and conditions of employment of the full-time faculty through the process of collective bargaining.
