Lisa Lech

Lisa Lech, Hershey, PA is currently a second-year student pursuing a Master of Health Administration in the five-year accelerated program. She currently holds the position of Director of Fundraising of University of Scranton’s ACHE Student Chapter and serves as a Graduate Assistant in the Department of Health Administration and Human Resources.

Prior to pursuing a Master in Health Administration, Lisa graduated from the University of Scranton in May 2018 and earned her undergraduate degree in the field of Health Administration with a minor in Business and Human Resources. She served as the President of the Health Administration Society. Lisa also had the great pleasure of spending a semester abroad in Rome, Italy, where she traveled throughout Europe for four months.

Lisa gained exposure to the healthcare industry through internships in the past. She interned in the Office of Health Equity at the Pennsylvania Department of Health in Harrisburg, where she had the opportunity to learn about health equity and health disparities. Lisa also interned at Lebanon Valley Advanced Care Center in Annville, where she was exposed to many facets of growing and running a large medical outpatient center with a large primary care practice.

Upon completion of the MHA program, Lisa desires to pursue an administration residency or fellowship. She looks forward gaining hands on experience that will refine her skills as a health administrator.
