William Miller, Ph.D., MHA

Bio

William Miller, Ph.D., MHA received his B.S. in Health Science from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, his MHA from The Pennsylvania State University, and his Ph.D. in Human Development – Health Promotion from Marywood University.  He has over 20 years of customer service and leadership experience in both not-for profit and for-profit organizations where he has assumed various roles encompassing general management and oversight, marketing, staff development, budgeting, and client relationship management.  In addition, he has experience as both an administrator and instructor in higher education, especially in the distance education and online teaching environment.

Dr. Miller has publication, poster, and presentation experience and holds adjunct faculty appointments with The Commonwealth Medical College, Marywood University, and Wilkes University. His outside interests are hot air ballooning and various community volunteer organizations, especially working to actively support the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
