Using ANGEL ePortfolio For File Storage

  1. When in ANGEL, click the ePortfolio icon to access ePortfolio.

  2. Click the Artifacts Tab located at the top of ePortfolio.

  3. Click Add Folder under Artifact Browser to create a folder where you can store your files.

  4. The Add or Edit Folder page will display. Enter the Folder Name and click Save.

  5. Click the Add an Artifact link on the toolbar (an Artifact can be a File).  The Add an Artifact page appears (this is where you will upload your file).


  6. Type a Title for the artifact. Note: This is a required field.

  7. Type a Description for your artifact in the Description field. Note: This is a required field.

  8. Select a Date for your artifact using the drop-down menus.

  9. Click File to upload a file from your local computer.  Alternatively, you can provide a URL to your file location in the URL field.

  10. Click the Browse button to select your file from your computer.  The Choose file dialog box will appear.


  11. Locate your file from your list of files and click the Open button.

  12. When complete click the Save button to save your file as an Artifact.

  13. You can access your file by clicking it's name or the thumbnail of the file.

    You can access your file after uploading it.
