Adding a Guest

  1. Click the course's roster you want to view.
  2. Once inside the course, click the Manage tab located at the top of the page.

  4. Click on Roster, which is located below the heading entitled, Course Management .

  6. Here you can add or delete students in your roster.
  7. Click Add User.

  9. Type in the email address of the person you want to add as a guest in the course, then click Search.

  11. Once you have found the user, click the Select button near their name.

  13. Select the drop down menu for their "Rights" and choose Guest.

  15. Change their title to Guest then click Save.

  17. **Note: When you search, you are searching through your roster, not the entire student body.
