The unsung heroes of Public Safety are the unsworn personnel who support our officers in the field. From dispatchers to secretaries, without these individuals, the professional service the University community expects from Public Safety would suffer greatly.
If you are looking for a career where you can help make a difference in your community, look no further. Our dispatchers receive initial complaints, either by phone or walk-in reporting, oversee cameras, monitor alarms and direct officers to calls. Dispatchers also devote a lot of time to assisting callers with issues that don't require officers.
